This information is collected during the employee onboarding process and entered into the EVFC Smart Scheduler system by company management.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Sending daily work schedule notifications via email and SMS
• Sending end-of-day job completion summaries via email and SMS
• Managing crew assignments and job scheduling
• Tracking job progress and production data
• Internal business operations and workforce management

4. SMS Text Message Notifications

Giving East Valley Foam and Coating your mobile phone number does not sign you up for text messages, and nothing in this policy signs you up. We send operational SMS text messages only to people who have separately and affirmatively opted in at evfchub.com/sms-optin, by ticking a consent box that is unchecked by default. These messages include:

• Daily work schedule and job site assignments
• Weather alerts relevant to scheduled work
• Check-in and check-out reminders
• End-of-day job completion summaries and production updates

Consent is entirely optional. It is not a condition of employment, and it is not part of onboarding, hiring, or any agreement you are asked to accept. Declining text messages has no effect on your job, pay, hours, or schedule.

Message frequency: varies.
